How do I get my backup account?
We help you build your backup account with the Installation guides. These help you to install DataWarden and will guide you through to your first backup.
When we have finished, you will have set up your trial account, done your first backup, restore and document delete.
DataWarden trial account
There are two account types, a trial account and a full account.
You can try out DataWarden for 14 days, free of charge. When you do you have a trial account. At the end of, or within, your DataWarden trial you can upgrade to a full backup account.
DataWarden full account
- Lasts for 1 backup cycle.
- Each backup cycle lasts for 28 consecutive days.
- Your first backup cycle begins when you upgrade to a full DataWarden backup account.
- Your backup account is automatically renewed every 28 days for the next backup cycle.
You can cancel or close your backup account at any time. If you do, you can use your backup account until the end of the current backup cycle.
Why is my backup account flexible?
You tell DataWarden how much backup space you need & if you need to share your backup account with other computers.
You can change backup space immediately or add it at the start of your next backup cycle.
When can I backup?
You can backup, restore or delete your backup files at any time.
What backup options can I change?
You can change your backup space or the number of computers sharing your backup account.
Also, you can change the files you backup by adding new documents or removing documents from your backup.
Do you keep my payment card details?
No, we do not hold or see your payment card details.
