Forums & Support

What are the forums about?

Recently launched, the DataWarden support forums are free of charge for trial or full account holders. They let you discuss backup questions you may have.

We contribute to the support forums & look out for people who need help.

We do not monitor the support forums 24/7, but we do pop in to the support forum in the working day to see if our help is needed. Priority help is given to full backup account holders.

Note: The support forum has a comprehensive search system. In time, we are sure it will become a valuable resource to help you quickly find backup or general computer solutions.

Support - Trial account

When you try out DataWarden, you have access to the 'Getting started' support forum.

Support - Full account

A full member can access all forums.

When are the forums open?

They are availble to use or read 24/7.

We pop in to the support forums during working hours. These are 09:00 - 17:00 GMT or BST.

I am not an experienced computer user, do you provide support for me?

We do.

We would like you to feel at ease, not only whilst using the DataWarden backup service, but also with your general computer experience.

We do our best to write clear explanations for your support questions. Whenever possible, we try to keep our answers free of technical speak.

We welcome feedback, listen to what you say & encourage customer suggestions to help us improve your DataWarden Online Backup Service.

Within the forums are off-topic forums. Here backup or computer questions are not encouraged!
