Where do I find the Customer services?
With a trial account you can contact customer service using the contact link in the menus above. We will reply to you via e-mail. When you upgrade you will be able to use our online customer service.
What is the customer service area for?
It is for account administration or general questions.
You can contact us about Encrypted back up set CD/DVD orders. (This is an optional service that lets you order your backup files on an encrypted CD or DVD set.)
How does it work?
You can:
- ask questions,
- check their progress, &
- if needed, later refer back to them.
We respond to your questions within 48 hours. When we do, an e-mail is sent to you to tell you that your customer service enquiry has been updated.
How long can I see my enquiries for?
Occasionally old customer service records are archived. Until then, you can review enquiries you, (or we), have raised.
