Forgotten - Passwords.
From the login screen choose Forgotten your password?.
Note: Make sure to keep your e-mail address up to date. E-mails are only sent to the address we have on file for you.
My e-mail address is changing soon.
When you swap e-mail addresses, login to your DataWarden website account to update it. E-mails will then be sent to your new e-mail address.
What happens to my backup data if I run out of backup space?
If you use all the backup space on your account, you need to:
- Add to your backup storage space through the Store, or
- delete some of your backup files from the backup servers.
You can see how much free space you have in your backup software or in your DataWarden website account.
Some customers use the optional Encrypted CD/DVD Service to archive older backup files & free up some backup space. You can read more about this service when you try out the DataWarden Online backup service.
How do I close my account?
You can close your DataWarden account at any time. If you do, your account remains active until the lat day of your current backup cycle. After which, your account & any backup files belonging to your account are deleted from DataWarden's backup servers.
